Ordered before 4:00 PM? Your package will be shipped the same day with PostNL, GLS, or DHL. Orders placed after 4:00 PM are often shipped the next day.

Belgium: 1 - 2 days at your home
Luxembourg: 1 - 2 days at your home
Germany: 1 - 3 days at your home
Austria: 1 - 3 days at your home
Switzerland: 1 - 3 days at your home
Denmark: 1 - 3 days at your home
Ireland: 1 - 3 days at your home
Norway: 2 - 4 days at your home
Finland: 1 - 3 days at your home
Shipping within the Netherlands or to Belgium takes one business day. This means you can often expect your package the next day. Of course, delays can always occur with the carrier.
Shipping outside the Netherlands and Belgium? Then you can expect your package within 1-3 business days. In this case, we always choose the fastest carrier.
For all shipments, you'll receive a track and trace number immediately after dispatch. This allows you to easily track your package.
Returns
Would you like to return your product? You can, of course, do so within 30 days. You can easily register a return by clicking the button below. You will then be taken to the returns portal. When requesting a return label, please indicate the reason for the return and whether you want a refund, a different size, or a replacement. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. If you would like to exchange a product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
