Which size do I need?
The size chart shows the measurements of the mitten itself: length, palm width and thumb length. Compare them with a mitten or glove that fits you well. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one.
How long do they stay warm?
Up to 6 hours per charge on the lowest setting. On a higher setting the battery runs down sooner.
Can I use my phone?
Yes. The fingertip works on a touchscreen, so you don't need to take your mittens off.
Are they waterproof?
They are water-repellent thanks to a TPU layer, and windproof. They keep out snow and a shower well.
What if they don't fit or I don't like them?
