Care guide
Vest washing and care
Fleece, softshell and quilted vests each need slightly different care when washing. With the right preparation, your vest stays looking good, warm and fresh for longer.

Always check the care label in your vest first: the table below gives general guidelines per material type, not a guarantee for every specific model.
Stains and odours
Treat stains as soon as possible with a mild detergent and cold water, before washing the vest. After a wet or sweaty day, let the vest air out fully before storing it — this prevents musty smells, especially with synthetic fill.
Have a heated vest? Watch for these extra steps
A heated vest, like the Wøley, contains heating elements and runs on a power bank. Always remove the power bank before washing, close the zips and follow the care label for your specific model. Let the vest air dry and store the power bank separately, somewhere dry. Check the Wøley instructions for operation and charging.
